Registration is REQUIRED for all participants of IEEE ISC2 2019.

For non-authors: Either a full (member or non-member) or student (student member or non-member student) registration is fine, and the registrations can be done any time prior to the conference, or on-site. However, August 31th is the deadline to get the early discount rate.

For authors: Each paper should have at least one full (IEEE Member or Non-Member) registration (not a student registration) in order for the paper to be published in the IEEE Proceedings (and IEEE Xplore). If a student author is the only one among the authors registering for the conference, the student needs to do a full registration. A paper author registration covers up to 2 papers. The presenter can be anyone of the authors regardless of the type of registration.

All Papers (the main conference program or workshops, long or short): To be published in the IEEE ISC2 2019 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 2 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE ISC2 2019 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore®.

During the registration process, you will also be able to request a visa letter.

Conference Registration Includes: Access to all Sessions, tutorials, workshops, Coffee Breaks, Lunches, Banquet, Exhibitions, Demos, and Welcome reception.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided via email to isc2 (at) ieee (dot) org (with a subject ‘[ISC2 2019] – Cancellation request: ‘name’) and received by 31 August. No refund will be provided after this date.

PRIVACY OF INFORMATION POLICY

Information provided by the registrant will only be used by IEEE and its organizational units to serve the registrant for this and potentially other IEEE sponsored events, and updating IEEE member records. In no way will any individual information be given through, for example, sale, exchange, or loan, to a third party for any reasons except as required by the prevailing law.
